Onto Innovation is seeking a Contractor - Inventory Analyst 2 in Singapore to coordinate end-to-end freight movements and manage global shipping operations. The role supports compliance, cost control, and shipment visibility across air, ocean, and road transport.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in freight coordination or logistics, strong ERP experience (SAP/Oracle), and a detail-oriented, problem-solving mindset. This position offers full-time engagement with global logistics exposure.

Competenze

3+ years of experience in freight coordination, shipping, 3PL management or logistics operations.
Knowledge of domestic and international shipping, Incoterms.
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar logistics platforms.
Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and problem-solving ability.

Mansioni

Coordinate end-to-end freight movements across air, ocean, truckload, LTL and intermodal shipments.
File International Export information through ACE or other applicable customs entity.
Ensure timely pickup, transit, and delivery by monitoring shipment statuses and troubleshooting delays.
Prepare and validate shipping documents including invoices, packing lists, and export paperwork.
Communicate shipment schedules to internal stakeholders and manage carriers/3PLs.
Monitor aging shipments and coordinate with 3PL for exceptions and root-cause analysis.
