Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Contract Wealth Investment Operations Analyst (Foreign Bank) to support migration activities for wealth products, including mutual funds, equities and fixed income securities, in Singapore.

You'll execute operational migrations, perform pre- and post-migration validation, conduct system sanity checks, and coordinate with Investment Operations, Front Office, Risk, Compliance and Technology to ensure accurate transfers and smooth implementations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Mutual Funds, Equities, Fixed Income Securities and investment operations would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support project and migration activities involving wealth investment products, including Mutual Funds, Equities and Fixed Income Securities.
• Execute operational migration activities covering system checks, account and client data remediation and documentation updates.
• Perform pre and post migration validation of investment positions, holdings and reconciliations to ensure accurate transfer and processing.
• Conduct system sanity checks and investigate operational discrepancies arising during testing or migration activities.
• Coordinate with Investment Operations, Products, Front Office, Risk, Compliance and Technology teams throughout project implementation.
• Update procedures and process documentation to incorporate migration changes; provide operational support to subject matter experts during transition periods.
