Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Contract Credit Operations Migration Analyst (Foreign Bank) to support migration activities, system checks, and remediation. You will perform pre- and post-migration validation to ensure data accuracy and assist with BAU during critical periods.

Experience with banking systems is advantageous and you will document processes accordingly. The role focuses on end-to-end migration, validation, data handling and collaboration with operations experts

Qualifications

Experience with banking systems, UAT, account operations or data handling would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

Support end to end Credit Operations migration activities, including system checks, account remediation and operational transition activities.
Perform pre and post migration validation to ensure system behaviour and account information remain accurate following implementation.
Review and update client or account level information required as part of migration and remediation exercises.
Support testing activities by validating results, identifying discrepancies and escalating issues requiring further investigation.
Assist Operations subject matter experts with BAU activities during critical migration periods and implementation phases.
Maintain process documentation and operating procedures to reflect system, workflow and operational changes introduced through the migration.
