Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Contract Credit Operations Migration Analyst (Foreign Bank) to support migration activities, system checks, and remediation. You will perform pre- and post-migration validation to ensure data accuracy and assist with BAU during critical periods.

Experience with banking systems is advantageous and you will document processes accordingly. The role focuses on end-to-end migration, validation, data handling and collaboration with operations experts

Qualifications

• Experience with banking systems, UAT, account operations or data handling would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support end to end Credit Operations migration activities, including system checks, account remediation and operational transition activities.
• Perform pre and post migration validation to ensure system behaviour and account information remain accurate following implementation.
• Review and update client or account level information required as part of migration and remediation exercises.
• Support testing activities by validating results, identifying discrepancies and escalating issues requiring further investigation.
• Assist Operations subject matter experts with BAU activities during critical migration periods and implementation phases.
• Maintain process documentation and operating procedures to reflect system, workflow and operational changes introduced through the migration.
