Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Contract Client Tax Operations Migration Analyst (Foreign Bank) to support end-to-end banking migration activities, data remediation, and documentation updates.

You will work with Business, Operations and Technology teams to validate post-migration changes, maintain accounts, and support indirect tax and GST processes. Minimum 2 years banking ops experience preferred; careful with data and procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of banking operations experience.
• Knowledge of accounting, indirect tax, withholding tax, GST or trading tax would be advantageous.
• Ability to prepare process documentation and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Support end to end banking migration activities involving system checks, client and account data remediation and contractual documentation updates.
• Perform post migration validation to confirm system behaviour, data accuracy and successful implementation of operational changes.
• Carry out account level maintenance and data updates required as part of migration and remediation exercises.
• Support Client Tax Operations activities involving indirect tax, withholding tax, GST and trading tax related processes.
• Prepare and update process documentation, operating procedures and workflow diagrams to incorporate migration related changes.
• Work closely with Business, Operations and Technology stakeholders to identify process gaps, support UAT activities and implement improvements.
