Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Contract Wealth Regulatory Reporting & UAT Analyst (Foreign Bank) in Singapore. You will support regulatory reporting migration, gather requirements, run UAT tests, and coordinate with Technology and business stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions.

The role involves documenting requirements, assessing impacts on trade booking changes, and updating SOPs to support BAU operations. Strong regulatory knowledge and wealth market familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

Basic understanding of financial regulations and regulatory reporting workflows.
Familiarity with wealth or capital markets products and trade lifecycle.
Experience with documenting requirements and test scripts.

Responsibilities

Support Wealth Regulatory Reporting migration activities: requirements gathering, testing, reconciliation and implementation support.
Document operational requirements and assess impact of upstream/downstream trade booking changes on regulatory reporting processes.
Execute UAT test scripts and data reconciliations to validate outputs.
Identify, log and track testing defects and data discrepancies; coordinate with Technology teams.
Prepare project status updates, trackers and briefing materials for stakeholders across Biz, Ops, Risk, Compliance and Tech.
Update SOPs, user guides and cutover documentation for BAU transition.
