Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a candidate to provide course counselling to prospective students and parents at the counter and during recruitment events. The role includes following up with sales leads by phone to arrange appointments with staff for programme clarification.

This 4-month contract (potential extension) is based in Clementi, Singapore, with Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm and a 1-hour unpaid break.

Qualifications

• Provide course counselling to prospective students and/or parents.
• Follow up with leads via phone to set appointments for programme clarification.
• Handle other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Counselling at counter and at recruitment events as needed.
• Contact and qualify leads to schedule consultations with staff.
• Fulfill additional tasks related to recruitment activities.

Job Details:-

• Contract Duration: 4 months (able to extend based on candidate's availability)
• Salary: 15/hr
• Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm (1 hour unpaid break)
• Location: Clementi

Job Scope:-

• Provide course counselling services to prospective students and/or parents at the counter and ad-hoc recruitment events when necessary.
• Comfortable in following up with existing sales leads via phone call with the intention of making appointments for prospective students to speak to staff for further programme clarification.
• Other adhoc duties assigned
