Job summary

MindGraph in Singapore is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager to lead complex SuccessFactors and SAP HCM implementation projects for Singapore-based clients. You will manage client engagements, drive delivery across multiple SF modules, and coordinate with HR teams and stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget deployments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience in Singapore consulting.
• Strong Techno-Functional experience with Singapore HR teams and client-facing delivery.
• Certified in at least 2 SuccessFactors modules.
• Strong in Business Analysis, Solution Design, Testing, Deployment & Release Management.
• Experience across HCM/SF modules and there no in skillslifecycle.
• Presales experience is an advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing skills.
• Must be currently based in Singapore and able to work onsite.
• Willingness to travel frequently within Singapore.
