Qualifikationen

• At least 2 years of project management/maintenance experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (intermediate level).
• Knowledge of SAP and ITSM tools is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate daily job assignments with Engineers, Vendors, and Contractors.
• Validate project information for revenue forecasts and policy compliance.
• Update SAP sales and service orders after project completion.
• Perform stock checks, raise purchase requisitions, and track delivery status.
• Generate equipment issuance to Engineers/Contractors.
• Follow up on project status with Engineers, Vendors, and Contractors.
• Prepare month-end reports for periodic review meetings.
• Schedule installations with customers.
• Perform any other tasks as assigned.
