Job summary

Wee Poh Construction Co (Pte) Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage tender processes, review contracts, and oversee cost, change and claims. You will lead negotiations with stakeholders and ensure financial integrity on large-scale projects.

The role requires a degree in Building/QS, 12+ years of relevant experience including multi-million contracts, and proficiency with PSSCOC/SIA/REDAS forms. You will report to the commercial team and drive contractual compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Building, Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• 12+ years of relevant experience, with at least 4 years in similar roles.
• Proficient in Standard Forms of Contract (PSSCOC/SIA/REDAS).
• Knowledge of contract law, SOP Act and dispute resolution.
• Background in Quantity Surveying.
• Experience on projects with contract value > SGD 100 million.
