Job summary

FONG YUE DEVELOPMENT PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Quantity Surveyor/Commercial lead to manage contractual matters across multiple construction projects.

You will review main and sub-contracts, guide QS teams, identify risks, and drive mitigation and claims strategies to protect project and company interests. You will handle EOTs, variations, and loss & expense claims, draft notices, and coordinate with clients, consultants, and legal advisors while ensuring compliance and thorough

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 8–12 years of relevant construction experience, preferably with a main contractor.
• Strong working knowledge of SIA / REDAS / PSSCOC contracts.
• Proven experience in claims management, dispute resolution, and contract administration.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Detail-oriented with strong commercial and risk management mindset.
