Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in construction in Singapore.
• Established portfolio or networks among Singapore main contractors or owners to drive new business development.
• Familiarity with ERSS works, deep excavation, piling, strutting systems and temporary works.
• Familiar with Singapore regulatory requirements (BCA, MOM, LTA, PUB, HDB).
• Strong knowledge of tendering, contract administration, and construction commercial practices.
• Familiar with standard contract forms (SIA, PSSCOC, FIDIC).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Independent, proactive, and result-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within construction and ERSS.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, developers, and main contractors.
• Source, prepare, and manage tender submissions, quotations, and proposals.
• Review and negotiate contracts, subcontracts, and commercial agreements.
• Monitor contractual matters including variations, claims, EOT, and payments.
• Provide commercial and contractual support to project teams.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and Singapore regulations.
• Support management in business strategy, market development, and revenue growth.
• Lead and coordinate BD and contracts-related activities.

Responsible for driving business growth, securing new projects, managing client relationships, overseeing tender submissions, and handling contract administration for the Company’s ERSS and construction projects in Singapore.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction and ERSS industry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, developers, and main contractors.

• Monitor project contractual matters including variations, claims, EOT, and payment issues.
• Provide commercial and contractual support to project teams.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, company policies, and Singapore regulations.
• Support management in business strategy, market development, and revenue growth.
• Lead and coordinate business development and contracts-related activities.

Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in construction industry in Singapore.
• Preferrable with established client’s portfolio or networks among Singapore Main contractors or owners and could leverage this to drive new business development.
• Preferred Familiarity with ERSS works, deep excavation, piling, strutting systems, and temporary works will be advantageous.
• Preferred Familiar with BCA, MOM, LTA, PUB, HDB, and other Singapore regulatory requirements.
• Strong knowledge of tendering, contract administration, and construction commercial practices.
• Familiar with standard forms of contracts (SIA, PSSCOC, FIDIC, etc.).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Independent, proactive, and result-oriented.

Remuneration

Salary package commensurate with qualifications and experience.
