Job summary

JDA WMS PTE. LTD. is seeking a contracts professional to support agreement preparation, negotiations, and risk mitigation for semiconductor and data center projects in Singapore. You will handle main contracts and subcontracts, align with standard form contracts, and track documents across stakeholders.

The role emphasizes cross‑functional collaboration, training of team members, and maintaining meticulous contract records to ensure compliance and project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree related to Quantity Surveying (major in Mechanical and/or Electrical) or equivalent.
• Chartered Surveyor accreditation from a recognised institution or association (e.g. RICS, AIQS) strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and help prepare and compile agreements, including non-disclosure agreements and professional service agreements.
• Work with standard industry forms of contract such as RDAS, SIA, PSSCOC, FIDIC Silver Book and FIDIC Yellow Book.
• Maintain and help prepare and compile contract documents, both main contracts and subcontracts.
• Assist in negotiations with counterparties, where applicable.
• Follow contract tracking requirements and maintain documents.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to share best practices and contract templates.
• Develop and present training materials on department processes and contract development.
