Amazon Web Services Singapore Private Limited is seeking a Contracts Manager to support AWS data center contracts. You will draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements, advise business clients on commercial matters, and collaborate with procurement, engineering, and operations to manage risk and drive efficiencies.

The role emphasizes scalable processes, workflow optimization, and adoption of AI tools to accelerate contracting while maintaining quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in contract drafting, review and negotiation in a corporate legal, law firm, or in-house environment.
• Experience managing a high volume of contracts across diverse categories and counterparties.
• Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and communication abilities.
• Experience in fast-paced or international environments.
• Ability to build trust with stakeholders and meet tight deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a high volume of contracts across data center activities, including main services agreements and maintenance contracts.
• Providing day-to-day legal and commercial advice to business clients on projects and vendor management.
• Partnering with procurement, finance, engineering, construction, Operations, and security stakeholders to manage risk and deliver guidance.
• Driving process improvements to enable scalable contract management and reduce cycle times.
• Championing the adoption of AI tools and CLM platforms to enhance speed and quality of contracting.
