Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a contract educational designer to develop and manage course materials and learning resources. You will collaborate with project leads to ensure quality and alignment with learning outcomes, and you will support project planning with data and documentation.

The role requires familiarity with Blackboard UCV, and experience with Articulate 360, Genially or Vyond is advantageous. On-site position based in Pioneer, Singapore, for a 6-month contract.

Qualifications

• Degree or postgraduate diploma in Education, Instructional Design, Learning Sciences, Learning Design, Communications or related field.
• Experience in learning design, course support, project coordination or educational technology support preferred.
• Familiar with learning design principles and learning outcomes / assessment design.
• Comfortable using Blackboard UCV as a staff user to manage course content.
• Real-world experience with Articulate 360, Genially and/or Vyond is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Drive development of course-related materials, resources and project documentation with co-leads and team.
• Review, organise and update materials for quality and readiness.
• Develop, format and quality-assure learning and assessment materials.
• Develop and refine digital learning materials and multimedia resources as needed.
• Coordinate meetings, document discussions and track follow-ups; maintain project records.
• Data collation, basic analysis and administrative tracking for planning and reporting.
• Use Blackboard UCV to upload, organise and maintain course content and related resources.
• Undertake other general administrative tasks as required.
