InfoTech Services (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a Helpdesk Manager to lead a technical support team for the Judiciary, ensuring stable and secure IT services across over 2600 PCs/servers in multiple buildings. The role includes VIP user support and alignment with government IT standards.

The selected candidate will manage end-user queries, deployment of IT facilities, and coordination with IT infrastructure teams, with work hours aligned to Judiciary operations, including potential after-hours

Qualifications

Solid IT background with experience in supporting and managing office automation.
Provide support services and oversee the Helpdesk.
VIP support for Judiciary users.
Work according to Judiciary business hours; may work outside hours.

Responsibilities

Lead a Helpdesk Support Team to provide services to Judiciary users including VIPs.
Handle end-user queries, investigations, requests and deployment of IT facilities and technical support.
Provide technical support for Video Conference System.
Support mobile devices and assist deployment of IT facilities.
Coordinate with applications and IT infrastructure teams or escalate as needed.
Maintain IT inventory and coordinate IT projects rollout for desktop or mobile devices.
Carry out duties assigned by supervisor.
