Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is hiring a Contract Enterprise Sourcing and Procurement (ESP) Category Manager – Junior to be outsourced to our clients from reputable organisations. You will lead end-to-end procurement, collaborate with stakeholders and manage tendering, contracting and related finance operations.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Business or Finance with at least 3 years in sourcing and procurement, strong project and relationship management, and familiarity with category

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in sourcing and procurement.
• Strong project and relationship management skills.
• Familiarity with category management, procurement and sourcing, contract and commercial negotiation, financial management and contract management.
• Strong change management, risk management and vendor management skills.
• Experience with INFOmatch, SAP or Coupa is an advantage.
• Able to commit to a 12-month contract, renewable.

Responsibilities

• Understand business requirements and background of purchases.
• Lead end-to-end procurement process across teams including stakeholders, finance, legal and technology.
• Support procurement process including development of documents, tender management, contracting and finance operations.
• Develop negotiation strategies to maximise value.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and vendor risk frameworks.
• Enter and maintain records of procurement activities in INFOmatch, SAP and Coupa.
