Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd (Healthcare & Life Sciences) is seeking a customer service professional to handle inbound/outbound calls and email enquiries in a relocation-oriented role near Little India MRT. The position runs Monday to Friday, 8:30am–6:00pm, with a contract until December 2026 at up to SGD 15 per hour.

Responsibilities include appointment coordination, data entry, records management, and cross-department collaboration to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Min. diploma / degree in any discipline preferred.
• Customer service experience advantageous.
• Experience handling phone and email enquiries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Respond to email enquiries and provide timely assistance.
• Assist customers with appointments, requests and general enquiries.
• Perform data entry, filing and document management.
• Maintain accurate customer information and communication records.
• Prepare basic reports and track customer enquiries.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues.
• Escalate complex cases and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
