Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a TEMP CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER near Little India MRT for a contract till end December 2026. The role involves handling phone and email inquiries, providing administrative support, and assisting in service-related matters in a structured office environment.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6.00pm. Compensation ranges from $10 to $15 per hour, depending on education level and experience.

Qualifications

• Experience handling calls and emails in a structured office environment.
• Willing to relocate to REX House by Oct 2026.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously
• Respond to email enquiries and provide timely assistance
• Provide information regarding appointments and service-related matters
• Address customer concerns with empathy and clarity
• Perform data entry, filing and document management
• Update and process requests accurately
• Assist with reports and tracking of enquiries
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and information
