QUEST GLOBAL ENGINEERING SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking an early-career contracts professional in Singapore with about 7 years of industry experience to support contract administration and commercial/claims activities across multidisciplinary teams.

You will track obligations, draft correspondence, and liaise with Engineering, Procurement, Project Controls, and Site teams to consolidate inputs. The role emphasizes negotiating terms and conditions, maintaining trackers, and applying contract

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in contract administration, commercial support or handling of claims, and analysis of Terms and Conditions of Contract.
• Bachelor\'s degree in mechanical engineering or relevant discipline.
• Experience in energy sector (O&G, power generation, EPC/EPCM) is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in English; able to draft contractual letters and interpret contract clauses.
• Ability to negotiate Terms and Conditions of customer and Vendor contracts.
• Strong MS Office and SharePoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Track and maintain contract registers, obligations, deliverables, and milestones; ensure timely notifications.
• Review, negotiate and finalize Terms and Conditions of Client Contract and Vendor Purchase Orders
• Assist in drafting contractual correspondence with clear, concise English.
• Liaise across Engineering, Procurement, Project Controls, and Site teams to consolidate inputs.
• Gather facts and documents to analyze contractual and commercial claims.
• Support preparation of claims narratives, quantification, and supporting evidence.
• Monitor costs, risks, and opportunities and maintain commercial trackers.
• Prepare meeting notes and follow-ups; maintain documentation quality.
• Apply company contract management standards, templates, and controls.
