Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Experience in Singapore’s construction industry and contract administration.
• Knowledge of construction contracts, subcontract management and claims.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing construction contracts and subcontract agreements to ensure compliance.
• Oversee contractual claims, VO, EOT, and other claims to maintain timelines and budgets.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, payments, and contractual compliance.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers to resolve matters.
• Assist in contract negotiations to optimize cost control and mitigate risks.
• Support Contract Manager in daily contract administration and project commercial matters.
