Job summary

Success Human Resource Centre Pte Ltd is seeking a Business Analyst for a 1-year contract at our Geylang Bahru office. The role involves gathering requirements, analyzing processes, and supporting product deployment across finance-related systems.

You will coordinate UAT, assist with data migrations, and craft reports and documentation. The position requires 3–5 years’ BA experience and strong Excel skills, with a completion bonus offered on successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree holder with 3-5 years in business analysis or similar roles.
• Exposure to UAT coordination, bug tracking, and deployment support.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data preparation, formulas, validation, cleansing, reconciliation and analysis.
• Familiarity with data migration processes, validation techniques, and tooling.
• Experience with digital platforms such as billing systems, workflow systems, ERP, CRM, IoT.
• Platforms or dashboarding platforms is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements for system enhancements, user onboarding and workflows.
• Design reports and generate build specifications from user requirements.
• Design features based on finance user requirements and align with stakeholders.
• Support sprint activities by preparing test scenarios and validating delivery readiness.
• Coordinate UAT and support deployment activities, including test data preparation.
• Maintain documentation including process flows, SOPs and system guides.
