Job summary

Neurones IT Asia Pte Ltd is seeking a Business Analyst in Singapore to identify and assess current state processes through stakeholder interviews and data gathering. You will develop future state processes in collaboration with stakeholders, vendors, and product owners, and facilitate workshops to achieve consensus on enhancements.

You will document business processes, user journeys, and functional requirements, and support sprint planning, execution, and delivery of enhancements to ensure

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience performing the role (5 years for Senior Deployed Staff).
• Support both enhancement delivery and operational activities including Enhancements and Change Requests (CR).
• Review enhancement requests with Product Managers and business users to assess business needs, feasibility, impact, and value.
• Analyse business and system requirements and recommend appropriate solution approaches.
• Coordinate and support testing activities to ensure requirements coverage, regression testing completeness, and successful UAT by user/business divisions.

Job description

We are looking for Business Analyst for one of our clients in Singapore and your role is as below:

Key Responsibilities:

• Identification and assessment of current state processes based on interviews, focus group discussions, data gathering, etc.
• Development of future state processes in consultation with stakeholder groups including the Authority’s contractors/vendors.
• Facilitation of stakeholder group discussions or workshops to gather requirements, seek consensus on proposed future state processes, etc.
• Documentation of process models using the Authority’s preferred tool.

Business Analysis Functions

• Design solutions and support transition strategies in consultation with track leads.
• Work closely with Product Owners and business stakeholders to gather, validate, and assess business requirements, including future-state business processes.
• Facilitate coordination across user divisions, vendors, and system teams.
• Document business processes, user journeys, process flows, and functional requirements.
• Support sprint planning, execution, and delivery activities to ensure timely implementation of enhancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience performing the role (5 years for Senior Deployed Staff)
