Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive professional to translate strategic initiatives into actionable work plans across Schools and University units. You will define deliverables, timelines and responsibilities to ensure coordinated execution.

You will liaise with School Curriculum Committees and stakeholders to align expectations, clarify requirements and facilitate follow-through, track deliverables and decisions, and proactively follow up to keep projects on schedule.

• Translate strategic initiatives into actionable work plans, deliverables, timelines and responsibilities, coordinating execution across Schools and University units.
• Liaise with School Curriculum Committees and relevant stakeholders to align expectations, clarify requirements and facilitate follow-through.
• Track deliverables, decisions and outstanding actions, ensuring timely completion through proactive follow-up.
• Anticipate implementation challenges, resolve issues and recommend practical solutions to minimise delays.
• Enhance tracking systems, templates and workflows to strengthen accountability and operational efficiency.
• Be involved in other ad-hoc projects from time-to-time.
