Job summary

Pratt & Whitney, a RTX business, is seeking an accomplished Operations leader to deploy and sustain the CORE operating system across PWMS value streams in Singapore. You will govern the CORE Council, set cadence, standards and accountability to drive results at all levels.

In this role you will own the CORE Maturity Assessment, partner with data and digital teams, and champion automation and technology roadmap initiatives to improve efficiency, predictability and control across the site.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Operations, or Business from a recognized institution.
• 8+ years in operations, manufacturing engineering or continuous improvement with at least 3 years leading teams.
• Knowledge of RTX CORE OS Framework and CORE tools.
• Ability to govern maturity assessments or audits with progress reporting.
• Proven ability to drive changes and influence senior stakeholders across functions.
• Understanding of manufacturing technology, automation, MES/SCADA and data-enabled operations.
• Experience delivering business cases for technology adoption and people leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment and sustainment of the CORE OS across PWMS value streams.
• Govern the CORE Council cadence, standards and accountability.
• Own the CORE Maturity Assessment: scoring, reporting and progression.
• Partner with Data Analysts to measure and drive data maturity.
• Drive measurable improvement in efficiency, predictability and process control.
• Own technology maturity and site tech roadmap toward connected, real-time operation.
• Prioritize automation opportunities and sponsor ROI-driven initiatives.
• Work with Singapore Technology Accelerator to advance automation.
• Lead, coach and develop the team; drive change across the organization.
• Build business cases, funding and ROI tracking for priorities.
