Job summary

Pratt & Whitney, an RTX business, in Singapore seeks a senior operations leader to drive the CORE operating system deployment across PWMS value streams and support functions. You will govern CORE Council, set cadence and accountability, and own the maturity assessment with the Data Analyst team to close gaps.

You will drive measurable efficiency improvements and sponsor technology opportunities, partnering with engineering to advance automation and real-time operations at the site.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Operations, Business or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 8 years' experience in operations, manufacturing engineering or continuous improvement, including at least 3 years leading teams and driving change/transformation.
• Knowledge of RTX CORE OS Framework and proficiency in CORE tools.
• Demonstrated ability to govern a maturity assessment or audit framework scoring, reporting and holding others accountable to progression.
• Proven ability to drive changes at pace and influence senior stakeholders across functions.
• Working understanding of manufacturing technology, automation, machine connectivity, MES/SCADA and data-enabled operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the deployment, embedding and sustainment of the CORE operating system across all PWMS value streams and support functions.
• Govern the CORE Council, set cadence, standards and accountability for CORE live, visible and results.
• Own the CORE Maturity Assessment: govern scoring, reporting and progression with accountability for closing gaps.
• Collaborate with Data Analyst/digital team to govern data governance framework delivery.
• Drive measurable improvements in efficiency, predictability and process control using CORE tools and methods.
• Own technology maturity and site technology roadmap, moving PWMS toward real-time operation.
• Sponsor technology/automation opportunities (robotics, connectivity, AI, predictive maintenance) with engineering.
• Partner with Singapore Technology Accelerator to advance automation and new technologies.
• Lead, coach and develop the team and build business cases with ROI tracking.
