Job summary

RN Care Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a seasoned Lean & CI professional to lead and sustain lean deployment across the company, facilitating value stream mapping, Kaizen events and continuous improvement initiatives.

You will identify and drive Lean projects to completion, share best practices across departments, and mentor teams in applying Lean tools to achieve measurable efficiency gains.

Qualifications

• Degree in Aerospace Engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years driving continuous improvement projects.
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt; knowledge of JIRA, Power BI, VBA, and Macros is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement Lean/CI tools & Lean projects across the company.
• Facilitate Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Kaizen and CI events to expand deployment.
• Identify, deploy and drive successful completion of Lean projects/initiatives.
• Lead CI initiatives and share best practices across departments.

Job Description:

• In charge of ensuring the implementation of Lean/Continuous Improvement tools & Lean projects in the company
• Responsible for expanding and sustaining the lean deployment efforts through facilitating Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Kaizen and Continuous Improvement events
• In charge of identifying, deployment and driving successful completion of Lean projects/initiatives
• In charge of leading Continuous Improvement initiatives and managing the efficiently the sharing of best practices among departments

Job Requirement:

• Minimum Degree in Aersopace Engineering or relevant
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in driving continous improvement projects
• Experience in Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, JIRA, Power BI, VBA and Macros will be advantage
