Job summary

SAFRAN AEROSYSTEMS SERVICES ASIA PTE. LTD. is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to drive operational excellence through Lean, Six Sigma and related methodologies. You will partner with the General Manager to align local CI efforts with global customer support strategies and projects.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, manage complex improvement programs, and coach teams on change management while supporting the digital transformation roadmap at the site level.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years' Lean Sigma/projects experience in aviation or aerospace.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Facilitate identification and analysis of process improvement opportunities using Lean, Six Sigma and problem-solving methodologies.
• Champion and deploy improvement programs to achieve targets in quality, turnaround time, cost, and safety.
• Represent the site to support deployment of strategic Customer Support projects defined by central organization.
• Advise General Manager and enable cross-functional collaboration on local and corporate initiatives.
• Support deployment of the company's digital transformation roadmap at site level.
• Collaborate with shop floor teams and management to ensure adoption and sustainability of improvements.
• Coach and mentor site teams on CI tools and methodologies.
• Track, measure, and report progress on KPIs and project results.
• Serve as primary contact for functional escalation on improvement topics within Progress & Digital Transformation network.
• Analyze processes using gap analysis, PDCA to identify improvements and root causes.
• Develop short- and long-term strategies for the organization incorporating Six Sigma practices.
• Establish measurable standards at project start and monitor progress toward desirable results.
