Job summary

• 1-2 years of post-qualification experience in restructuring and insolvency
• Exposure to commercial disputes preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Able to prioritise, multi-task, and work independently in a dynamic team
• Proficient in Word and Excel

Responsibilities

• Advise and assist clients on a broad mix of contentious, advisory and transactional restructuring and insolvency matters for international and domestic clients.
• Draft legal documents and correspondence and carry out legal research.
• Attend court hearings and liaise with clients, creditors and other stakeholders.
