Job summary

A&O Shearman's Restructuring and Insolvency team in Singapore is seeking an Associate to join our Finance practice. You'll draft, review and amend complex financing documentation while advising clients in cross-border restructurings.

As an associate, you will supervise junior team members, manage client expectations and contribute to business development, with opportunities to work on high-profile restructurings across global markets.

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer with strong financing documents knowledge.
• Excellent client relationship skills and ability to interface with partners and clients.
• Self-starter with ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Experience supervising junior team members and delivering pragmatic solutions.

Responsibilities
