Job summary

Interpath Singapore is looking for an Associate/Senior Associate to contribute to a growing Restructuring & Financial Advisory practice. You will work on insolvency appointments, restructuring advisory, and turnaround projects across regions, collaborating with colleagues globally.

The role offers exposure to complex advisory mandates, accelerated M&A, and cash flow forecasting while developing client relationships and mentoring junior team members in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified in a recognised professional accounting qualification such as CFA, CA, ACCA, or equivalent.
• Experience in investment banking, professional services, or Big Four preferred.
• Experience across restructuring, turnaround or insolvency advisory.

Responsibilities

• Work across restructuring, advisory and insolvency engagements.
• Handle corporate insolvency appointments and restructuring advisory.
• Support accelerated M&A, turnaround and cash flow forecasting.
• Analyse options to support stakeholders’ strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with international teams across jurisdictions.
