Job summary

Interpath Ltd in Singapore is seeking an Associate / Senior Associate for their Restructuring team. This role involves engaging in corporate insolvency appointments, providing advisory services for distressed businesses, and assisting in accelerated M&A transactions. Candidates should have a strong academic background, ideally a degree in Accountancy, Business or Law, and a keen interest in professional qualifications. Proficiency in English and another language such as Cantonese or Mandarin is required. Competitive salary and various benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Strong academic track record, preferably in Accountancy, Business or Law.
• Interest in studying for a professional qualification such as HKICPA or equivalent.
• Previous experience in professional services, ideally at a Big 4 firm or boutique.
• Strong Excel/PowerPoint skills and effective written and verbal communication.
• Proven research and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Teamwork orientation and adaptability to new challenges and ideas.
• Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality work.
• Fluent business-level English and Cantonese or Mandarin (other languages welcome).

Responsibilities

• Oversee all forms of corporate insolvency appointments.
• Provide restructuring advisory for distressed businesses.
• Support accelerated M&A transactions.
• Assist in turnaround support and cash flow management.
