Job summary

PAN & COMPANY | HEADHUNTER is seeking a Product Marketing Manager (Content) for an enterprise SaaS/insurance context in Singapore. You will own marketing content end to end, shaping the message and writing across the website, blogs and sales materials.

You will interview customers, turn technical capabilities into clear value propositions, and drive SEO-driven content that generates B2B leads. You’ll work with product and sales leaders to build a scalable content engine.

Qualifications

• Writing B2B content yourself, such as web copy and case studies.
• Translate complex insurance products into clear stories for business buyers.
• Use SEO, AEO and conversion-focused writing to grow organic traffic and leads.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve website content, including product pages.
• Plan and write blogs, articles and thought leadership on digital transformation in insurance, core modernisation, embedded insurance, APIs, cloud and AI.
• Interview customers and internal teams, and write results-focused case studies.
• Turn technical capabilities into clear value propositions with Product and Solution teams.
• Produce sales enablement materials such as pitch decks and FAQs.
• Prepare industry award submissions and manage company profiles on industry platforms.
• Drive B2B lead generation through SEO, AEO and conversion-focused content.
• Maintain content calendar, editorial standards and tone of voice.
