Job summary

Donna Beauty is seeking a full-time on-site Content Creator/Marketing Specialist in Singapore. The role involves planning, producing and posting engaging content across social platforms, including videos, photos and reels, aligned with campaigns and brand guidelines.

You will edit content using CapCut, Canva and Adobe Premiere Pro, stay on trend with industry dynamics, and collaborate with operations and influencers to boost engagement and conversions.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in marketing, mass communications, digital media or advertising.
• Experience in content creation or digital marketing is an advantage.
• Strong creative sense with good understanding of social media trends.
• Good photography and videography skills.
• Proficient in CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent.
• Strong copywriting and communication abilities.
• Comfortable appearing in videos or working with models/staff.
• Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines; travel between outlets if required.

Responsibilities

• Support other marketing activities as assigned by Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts, scripts, captions and content ideas based on marketing campaigns and business objectives.
• Conduct photo and video shoots at outlets, events and promotional activities.
• Edit videos and photos using relevant editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar software.
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends, viral content, sounds, formats and audience preferences.
• Collaborate with the Operations teams to develop content that promotes products, services, promotions and brand campaigns.
• Create content that showcases customer experiences, services, staff activities, promotions and company events.
• Work with influencers/KOLs where required to support marketing campaigns.
• Monitor content performance and provide suggestions to improve engagement, reach and conversions.
• Maintain a monthly content calendar and ensure content is produced and posted according to schedule.
• Ensure all content is consistent with the Company's branding and communication guidelines.
• Support other marketing and promotional activities as assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Digital Media, Advertising or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in content creation, social media marketing or digital marketing is an advantage.
• Strong creative sense with good understanding of social media trends.
• Good photography and videography skills.
• Proficient in video and photo editing applications such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent.
• Good copywriting and communication skills.
• Comfortable appearing in videos or working with models/staff for content production.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Willing to travel between outlets for content production when required.
