Job summary

MARY CHIA BEAUTY & SLIMMING SPECIALIST PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support campaigns by content creation, coordinating with outlets and vendors, supporting events, and managing social media.

Qualifications

• Minimum NITEC/Higher NITEC, Diploma or equivalent in Marketing, Business, Mass Communications, Digital Media, or related discipline.
• Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok for promotional activities.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, photography, video editing, or other content-creation applications.
• Creative mindset with willingness to contribute ideas for social media content and promotional campaigns.
• Good written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey marketing messages.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable coordinating with different outlets, vendors, and internal departments.
• Willingness to learn and develop skills in digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and activities with the Marketing team.
• Prepare marketing materials including artwork, posters, flyers, EDMs, and social media content.
• Manage and update social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) to maintain brand presence.
• Create basic social media content including photos, short-form videos, captions, and posts.
• Coordinate with outlets to ensure timely implementation and display of campaigns.
• Organize roadshows, events, product launches, and festive promotions to boost brand visibility.
• Liaise with designers, printers, suppliers, agencies, influencers, and vendors to facilitate marketing deliverables.
• Monitor competitors' promotions and market trends to inform strategies.
• Support customer engagement initiatives, CRM, and reactivation campaigns to drive sales.
• Distribute marketing materials and maintain stocks across outlets.
• Update promotional information and campaign schedules for accuracy.
• Compile sales and campaign data and assist in basic performance reports.

• Prepare marketing materials including artwork, posters, flyers, EDMs, and social media content to support campaigns
• Manage and update social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant channels to maintain active brand presence
• Create basic social media content including photographs, short-form videos, captions, and promotional posts to engage target audiences
• Coordinate with outlets to ensure timely implementation and display of marketing campaigns and promotional materials
• Organize roadshows, events, product launches, festive promotions, and other marketing activities to boost brand visibility
• Liaise with designers, printers, suppliers, agencies, influencers, and external vendors to facilitate marketing deliverables
• Monitor competitors' promotions, pricing, social media activities, and market trends to inform marketing strategies
• Support customer engagement initiatives, database marketing, CRM, and customer reactivation campaigns to drive sales
• Distribute marketing materials and maintain adequate stocks of promotional collateral across outlets
• Update promotional information, price lists, campaign schedules and marketing records to ensure accuracy
• Compile sales and campaign data and assist in preparing basic marketing performance reports for review
• Assist with photography and video recording during events, treatments, product demos and marketing activities

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Interest in the beauty, wellness, lifestyle, or retail industry is advantageous
