Job summary

Nailz Haus PTE. LTD. on Jurong Island invites a creative Content Creator to join our on-site marketing team. You will plan and publish engaging content for social platforms, shoot and edit videos and photos, and help develop campaigns that showcase our nail spa experience.

With a diploma or degree in Marketing or related field, you will stay on top of trends, handle multi-project timelines, collaborate with operations, and travel between outlets as needed to capture authentic content.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing or related field preferred.
• Experience in content creation or social media marketing is an advantage.
• Strong creative sense with good understanding of social media trends.
• Good photography and videography skills.
• Proficient in CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent.
• Good copywriting and communication skills.
• Comfortable appearing in videos or working with models/staff for content production.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Willing to travel between outlets for content production when required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create and publish engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and other social media platforms.
• Produce short-form videos, reels, photos, stories and other digital content.
• Develop creative concepts, scripts and content ideas based on marketing campaigns and business objectives.
• Conduct photo and video shoots at outlets, events and promotional activities.
• Edit videos and photos using CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar software.
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends, viral content, sounds, formats and audience preferences.
• Collaborate with the Operations teams to develop content that promotes products, services, promotions and brand campaigns.
• Create content that showcases customer experiences, services, staff activities, promotions and company events.
• Work with influencers/KOLs where required to support marketing campaigns.
• Monitor content performance and provide suggestions to improve engagement, reach and conversions.
• Maintain a monthly content calendar and ensure content is produced and posted according to schedule.
• Ensure all content is consistent with the Company's branding and communication guidelines.
• Support other marketing and promotional activities as assigned by Management.
