Job summary

Donna Spa Pte. Ltd. is seeking a creative Content Creator to plan, produce and publish engaging content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and other platforms in Singapore.

You will develop concepts, write captions, shoot on-site at outlets, and edit videos/photos with CapCut, Canva or Premiere Pro to support campaigns and brand goals. You will stay ahead of trends, manage a monthly content calendar, collaborate with Operations and influencers, and ensure content aligns with branding while

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Digital Media, Advertising or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in content creation, social media marketing or digital marketing is an advantage.
• Strong creative sense with good understanding of social media trends.
• Good photography and videography skills.
• Proficient in video and photo editing applications such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent.
• Good copywriting and communication skills.
• Comfortable appearing in videos or working with models/staff for content production.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Willing to travel between outlets for content production when required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create and publish engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and other social media platforms.
• Produce short-form videos, reels, photos, stories and other digital content.
• Develop creative concepts, scripts, captions and content ideas based on marketing campaigns and business objectives.
• Conduct photo and video shoots at outlets, events and promotional activities.
• Edit videos and photos using relevant editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar software.
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends, viral content, sounds, formats and audience preferences.
• Collaborate with the Operations teams to develop content that promotes products, services, promotions and brand campaigns.
• Create content that showcases customer experiences, services, staff activities, promotions and company events.
• Work with influencers/KOLs where required to support marketing campaigns.
• Monitor content performance and provide suggestions to improve engagement, reach and conversions.
• Maintain a monthly content calendar and ensure content is produced and posted according to schedule.
• Ensure all content is consistent with the Company's branding and communication guidelines.
• Support other marketing and promotional activities as assigned by Management.
