Job summary

Donna Beauty is seeking a full-time on-site Content Creator/Marketing Specialist in Singapore. The role involves planning, producing and posting engaging content across social platforms, including videos, photos and reels, aligned with campaigns and brand guidelines.

You will edit content using CapCut, Canva and Adobe Premiere Pro, stay on trend with industry dynamics, and collaborate with operations and influencers to boost engagement and conversions.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in marketing, mass communications, digital media or advertising.
• Experience in content creation or digital marketing is an advantage.
• Strong creative sense with good understanding of social media trends.
• Good photography and videography skills.
• Proficient in CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent.
• Strong copywriting and communication abilities.
• Comfortable appearing in videos or working with models/staff.
• Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines; travel between outlets if required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create and publish content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and other platforms.
• Produce short-form videos, reels, photos, stories and other digital content.
• Develop concepts, scripts and captions based on campaigns and objectives.
• Conduct photo and video shoots at outlets, events and promotions.
• Edit videos/photos using CapCut, Canva or Premiere Pro.
• Stay updated on social media trends and audience preferences.
• Collaborate with Operations to promote products and campaigns.
• Create content showcasing customer experiences, services and events.
• Work with influencers/KOLs to support campaigns where required.
• Monitor content performance and suggest improvements.
• Maintain a monthly content calendar and posting schedule.
• Ensure content aligns with branding and guidelines.
• Support other marketing activities as assigned by Management.
