Job summary

PLOVER TRIP PTE. LTD. is seeking dynamic individuals to join our corporate travel management services team in Singapore. You will service corporate clients, engage travellers and travel arrangers via email and calls, and creatively respond with flight and hotel options.

Required are at least 2 years in travel, knowledge of GDS and fare structures, a diploma or A level, and strong English communication. This role emphasizes organization, independence, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 2+ years travel industry experience including knowledge of reservation (GDS), ticketing and fares constructions and online booking tools.
• Diploma or A Level; IATA/UFTAA Diploma beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Servicing our corporate clients on their travel requirements.
• Supporting client management in engaging and building strong relationships with travellers & travel arrangers through email and call interactions.
• Be proactive and exercising creativity on flight & hotel options in responding to clients' travel requests.
• Support sourcing of group air for meeting & incentive groups.
• Provide after-hours customer support through shift rotation.

A perfect match profile would include:

• Possesses a minimum of 2 years travel industry experience including knowledge of reservation (GDS), ticketing and fares constructions and online booking tools.
• Possesses a diploma or A level, IATA/UFTAA Diploma beneficial.
• Good communication skills in English, bilingual beneficial.
• Strong soft skills in interpersonal relationship, a positive influence and team player.
• Organized, self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
