Job summary

Corporate Travel Management (CTM) Group in Singapore is seeking a Senior Travel Consultant to manage end-to-end corporate travel arrangements, including air travel, hotel, car hire, and visas where applicable. You will ensure smooth journeys for clients and work closely with a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years’ experience in a corporate travel agency environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative team player with client-focused approach.
• Knowledge of Sabre is an advantage.
• Understanding of airline, hotel and car rental ticketing procedures.
• IATA/UFTAA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process client requests, including new bookings and amendments, per travel policies.
• Plan itineraries, arrange air travel, hotel accommodations and car rentals.
• Issue and reissue tickets accurately and timely.
• Monitor waitlists and manage online booking tool queues for issuance.
• Promote fares and suppliers aligned with client travel programs and negotiated agreements.
• Maintain professional client relationships via phone and email.
• Meet service level targets for calls, emails and productivity.
• Support management and colleagues and assist with special projects.
• Coach and mentor junior team members when needed.
• Step in to support Team Leader when required.

About the Role

• Senior Travel Consultants play a key role in a Corporate Travel Management. They are valued contributors, and we believe that the company’s success grows alongside the development of each individual.
• In this role, you will manage end-to-end corporate travel arrangements, including air travel, accommodation, car hire, visas (where applicable), and related services, ensuring smooth and successful journeys for clients. This position suits a detail-oriented, customer-focused professional who thrives in a team environment and consistently delivers high productivity and service quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Process all client requests, including new bookings and amendments, in line with documented travel policies.
• Plan itineraries and arrange air travel, hotel accommodation, and car rentals.
• Issue and reissue tickets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Monitor waitlists and manage online booking tool rejected queues for ticket issuance.
• Promote fares, rates, and suppliers aligned with clients’ travel program, policies, and negotiated agreements.
• Build and maintain professional client relationships via phone and email.
• Meet individual and contractual service level targets for calls, emails, and productivity.
• Perform accurately under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Support management and colleagues, comply with company policies, and assist with special projects.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Adapt to change and take on additional responsibilities as required.
• Coach and mentor junior team members when needed.
• Step in to support the Team Leader when required.
• Participate in ongoing training to maintain product knowledge and essential soft skills.
• Undertake other duties as reasonably assigned.

Requirements
