in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse/Production Supervisor to manage and supervise all production activities at the assigned yard and assist the Warehouse Manager in daily warehouse operations and workflow. You will oversee warehouse staff, coordinate stock movements, monitor inventory accuracy, and support over-the-counter transactions as needed, while ensuring safety and compliance with SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse staff to ensure tasks are executed efficiently and in accordance with SOPs
• Coordinate stock receiving, storage, issuing, and replenishment activities
• Monitor inventory accuracy and conduct regular stock checks and audits
• Handle walk-in customers and support over-the-counter transactions when required
• Source suppliers, negotiate pricing and terms, and place purchase orders
• Monitor stock levels and arrange replenishment to ensure availability
• Coordinate with operations and delivery teams to meet dispatch schedules
• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with warehouse safety standards, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance
