Job summary

ECOWOOD CARPENTRY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, receiving, storage, and issuing of materials.

Responsibilities include monitoring inventory levels, maintaining accurate stock records, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring safety and organized storage. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and coordination skills, experience in inventory control, and the ability to supervise a team.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of inventory and warehouse management.
• Excellent organizational and coordination abilities.
• Experience supervising a team in warehousing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily warehouse/store operations.
• Oversee receiving, checking, storing, and issuing of materials and goods.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records are maintained.
• Coordinate material requirements with project, installation, and operations teams.
• Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are properly stored and handled.
• Conduct regular stock checks and investigate discrepancies.
• Monitor stock movement and prepare inventory reports when required.
• Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and complies with safety requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Experience in flooring, carpentry or construction is preferred.
• Good knowledge of inventory and warehouse management.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Responsible, proactive, and able to supervise a team.
