Job summary

SONG FURNITURE CONSTRUCTION & TRADING PTE LTD is seeking a site coordinator to manage on-site matters for projects in Singapore. You will liaise with client representatives, conduct regular site inspections, and support the Project Manager at both workshop and site locations.

You will coordinate with the workshop and subcontractors for timely delivery, installation, and site progress. Strong communication and the ability to work under pressure are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Must have at least O-Level or NITEC qualification or equivalent.
• Strong service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with client's representatives with regards to all site matters with proper documentation.
• Conduct project site inspection on a regular basis.
• Assist the Project Manager in supervision at the workshop & project site.

• Attend site meeting if required.
