Job summary

Winmax Integrated Pte Ltd. is seeking a hands-on Site Project Coordinator to work closely with site personnel and manage day-to-day activities on project sites in Singapore.

The role focuses on coordinating subcontractors, conducting site meetings, and performing technical studies to identify variations with cost implications. Candidates should have a NITEC or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering and are expected to travel as required, communicating effectively in English.

Qualifications

• NITEC / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering is required.
• 1–3 years of relevant work experience in the field is required.
• Safety certificates (BCSS) will be an advantage.
• Willing to travel based on project site.

Responsibilities

• Manage project, conduct site meetings and coordinate activities.
• Perform technical study, identify variations, and inform Project Manager of cost implications.
• Schedule, supervise and control subcontractors to ensure timely work per contract drawings and specs.
• Experience in managing a technical project and related documentation.
• Ensure contractors and projects are carried out safely.
• Undertake ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Technical study, identify variation works, and inform to Project Manager for any cost implications.
• Able to schedule, supervise and control sub-contractors to carry out their work accurately and timely in accordance with the contract drawings and specifications.
• Experience in managing a technical project, and documentation.
• Ensure contractors and projects are carried out in a safe manner.
• Undertake ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• NITEC / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 1 to 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Possess relevant safety certificates (BCSS) will be an advantage
• Willing to travel based on project site.
• Ability to communicate in English to liaise with suppliers
• Ability to work independently and meet tight project schedules
• Highly communicative and self-motivated individual personality
