Job summary

Public Service Division in Singapore is seeking a dynamic professional to strategize, develop and implement manpower development programmes for the construction sector in collaboration with industry stakeholders, TACs, and other government agencies to boost business capabilities and drive innovation.

This role focuses on rolling out a capability development platform, enhancing skills testing, and shaping future skills standards to align with industry transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or higher in Engineering, Business, or related disciplines.
• Experience in construction-related field is a plus.
• Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and related technologies is advantageous.
• Strong data interpretation and reporting capabilities.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Strong stakeholder management and teamwork abilities.
• Detail-oriented with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead the rollout of a manpower capability development platform with online skills assessment and test bookings.
• Enhance skills testing capability for new foreign worker entry and upgrading; refine assessment standards.
• Contribute to development of future skills standards and assessment models to keep pace with industry transformation.
