Job summary

The Building and Construction Authority (BCA) is inviting a data-driven professional to join its team in shaping Singapore's built environment. You will collect and analyse worksite manpower data using analytics tools to derive actionable insights and support process re-engineering and technology adoption strategies.

You will scan for suitable technologies, including workforce management solutions, and translate findings into structured frameworks to guide policy development and industry-wide

Qualifications

• At least three years of experience on construction projects as a design consultant or main contractor preferred.
• A bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related Built Environment discipline. Proficiency in data analytics tools or software (e.g. Power BI, Python, or equivalent) is an advantage.
