Job summary

HIM THAI CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. Singapore is seeking a capable Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities, manage crews, and ensure work aligns with design, schedule and quality standards.

You will enforce safety rules, monitor quality, track progress, and coordinate materials and equipment, while leading a motivated team to overcome challenges and keep projects on budget. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential, with 3–5 years in supervision and a related degree

Qualifications

• Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities, direct workers and subcontractors, and ensure work follows design, schedule, and quality standards.
• Enforce workplace safety rules, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with building codes and environmental regulations.
• Monitor construction quality, conduct inspections, and resolve issues promptly.
• Report progress to project managers, maintain logs of site activities, and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
• Oversee delivery, usage, and maintenance of construction materials and equipment.
• Lead and motivate workers, conduct performance reviews, and resolve conflicts.
