HSING MEI CONSTRUCTION AND ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a site supervisor to oversee daily activities on Singapore construction sites. You will coordinate workers, subcontractors, and ensure work aligns with design, schedule, and quality standards.

The role emphasizes safety and compliance with building codes, quality control, and proactive project tracking to keep projects on time and within budget. You will lead a team, manage materials, and mentor colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Supervision & Coordination: Manage daily site activities, direct workers and subcontractors, and ensure work follows design, schedule, and quality standards.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce workplace safety rules, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with building codes and environmental regulations.
• Quality Control: Monitor construction quality, conduct inspections, and resolve issues promptly.
• Project Tracking: Report progress to project managers, maintain logs of site activities, and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
• Material & Equipment Management: Oversee delivery, usage, and maintenance of construction materials and equipment.
• Team Management: Lead and motivate workers, conduct performance reviews, and resolve conflicts.
