Job summary

Kohup Sports PTE LTD- is seeking a Construction Site Manager to lead complex builds from concept to handover. You will orchestrate site activities, coordinate with contractors, architects and engineers, and ensure documentation and procurement meet contractual standards.

The role demands strong leadership, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work independently within a team to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a construction site manager or similar role.
• Understanding of construction procedures and project management.
