Job summary

Tiong Seng Civil Engineering (Private) Limited in Singapore seeks an experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee daily site activities, coordinate general laborers and subcontractors, and ensure work aligns with architectural and civil drawings.

You will read blueprints, supervise concrete works, manage materials on site, uphold safety protocols, track milestones, and report progress to the Project Manager to keep projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience: Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor, Site Foreman, or similar role.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of concrete works, structural framing, and finishing works.

• Site Supervision: Direct daily structural, civil, and architectural site activities.
• Team Coordination: Lead and schedule general laborers and structural subcontractors.
